LOCATION - HISTORIC GARDENS
Origin: Charlottenburg
The individual gardens are lovingly designed and cared for – just like the professionally planted Palace Garden with its multifaceted garden art.
Variety – in honey and in taste
One vintage.
Many flowers.
Our location offers a rich habitat for bees. This is also reflected in the complex pollen profile of our varietal honeys: Here, blackberry, raspberry, various stone and pome fruit varieties, white clover, robinia, maple, and cornflower meet horse chestnut and linden – a selection of what is contained in our honey according to regular laboratory analyses.
Honey Harvest with Devotion
Small apiary, true craftsmanship
Personally cared for, respectfully harvested, and hand-bottled.
Our beekeeping operation is deliberately kept small so that we can care for our bee colonies in a species-appropriate manner. Honey production, from harvesting to bottling and labeling the jars, is genuine handiwork.
In this, we are guided by our conviction that bees, as pollinators, make an important contribution to our biodiversity.
A respectful and careful approach to the bees and their valuable work is therefore particularly important to us.
