Limited Harvest

We never take all the honey from our bee colonies. We leave a portion for them as a natural winter reserve. This conscious decision limits our already small harvest quantity year after year. However, it aligns with our understanding of responsible, bee-friendly beekeeping.

This results in up to 150 jars per year. Each jar is individually numbered and hand-stamped: We stamp the limitation number (001-150) on the top of the label lid.
Each jar of honey is unique.
